Land Use – Public Notice

Hello Neighbour,

Anthem United has submitted a Land Use Redesignation application to the City of Calgary (LOC2021-0038) for lands within the community of Belmont, proposing a change from Residential – Narrow Lot Single Detached (R-1N) and Residential – Low Density Multiple Dwelling (R-2M) to Residential – Low Density Mixed Housing (R-G/R-Gm). The below document provides an overview of the application and contact information should you have any questions or comments related to the application.

*Please note this does not affect any existing/built dwellings within Belmont.
