Looking for a new home or moving to Calgary? Consider moving west of Macleod Trial in Southwest Calgary where Anthem is the proud developer of Belmont, and also Pine Creek and Sirocco at Pine Creek.

West Macleod Amenities

There are many reasons to move west of Macleod Trial in Southwest Calgary; the first one is access. Living in West Macleod means there are many arterial roads that can get you to where you need to be, quickly. 194th Avenue, Sheriff King Street and 210th Avenue are the three major roads that take you to either Stoney Trail or Macleod Trail.

The second is amenities – existing and future, all within a five-minute drive. Currently, there are completed playgrounds in Belmont, Pine Creek and Sirocco. Also complete is a pathway system so you can walk the kids and the dogs with a new view each time you go out. Each community will also have a future school and additional parks.

Belmont and Sirocco will also both offer a future commercial area that will have shops and services right out your door. And not to be forgotten about is the future City of Calgary recreation centre in the centre of it all, along 210th Avenue.
