A new open air retail centre is opening in your community by Summer 2027!

The development, by Anthem Properties and Harbour Equity, will include 145,000 sf of retail space and will be anchored by a grocery store, drug store and liquor store. It will also include quick service and full service restaurants, personal services, anchored by a two level childcare building. Construction began in August 2025 and the centre will be located on the southwest end of the community off 210th Ave and Sheriff King Street.

This is the community’s second retail hub; Belmont Village by Luxuria Developments will be complete in 2026. Together, these two vibrant retail destinations will help create a more connected and convenient place for our residents to call home.

For young and growing families, convenience isn’t a luxury…it’s a necessity. Belmont is located just minutes from both Macleod and Stoney Trail in Southwest Calgary and will soon have daily essentials even closer to home.
