From the very beginning of the building process, their Warranty Techs will take you on a thorough walk-through as soon as you take possession. Following possession, you’re paired with your Warranty Coordinator, who liaises directly between your Service Tech and will act as your own personal resource. The Morrison Selection Studio and Design Centre
This is the fun part of the homebuying experience — when you choose your interior selections and personalize your home. In the Selection stage of your home building experience, you will be assigned a personal Design Consultant to walk you through the process and choose the best interior design elements for your floor plan.

A Morrison Laned Zero-Lot Line home is the perfect choice for a growing family looking for an affordable home or a multi-generational family looking to stay close without sacrificing space. Choose from twelve different models with personalization options ranging from 988 sq ft to over 1755 sq ft.

At the Design Studio, Shane’s expert team of interior designers takes the time to walk you through every step and option for your new home, from reviewing your cabinetry options to selecting your siding.
