The community, on land southeast of Silverado, bordered to the north by 194th Avenue and to the south by 210th Avenue, is by Anthem United, the same company that’s developed Nolan Hill and Sage Hill in the city’s northwest.

CALGARY HERALD: Anthem United is bringing a master-planned community named Belmont to land southeast of Silverado, bordered to the north by 194th Ave. and to the south by 210th Ave. A launch, including its first show home parade, is expected for this spring.
